What is a Registered Aromatherapist?

A Registered Aromatherapist (RA) is a certified professional who has completed advanced training in the therapeutic use of essential oils and aromatic plant extracts. Registration is granted through recognized professional organizations and requires demonstrated knowledge in areas including botanical science, chemistry of essential oils, safety and contraindications, and client care.

At STAR CODE Alchemy, our formulations are a true collaboration. Our blends are co-created by Barbara, a Registered Aromatherapist and Nathalie Marie who brings her own passion and expertise to every formula. Together, we develop each blend within the Sedona red rock energies and infuse our heart-centered intention, expertise, and deep respect for the power of plant medicine. You're not just buying a product - you're investing in professionally guided wellness, crafted with care by two people who love what they do.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How will I know my order shipped?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. Links are active for 30 days.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, reach out through our Contact page and  we'll make it right.

Products

What ingredients are in your essential oils and botanical mists?

All ingredients are listed on each product page. Our blends are crafted with high-quality, thoughtfully sourced botanicals and essential oils. If you have specific allergy concerns, please reach out before purchasing.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We recommend doing a patch test before use. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredient list on each product page or contact us for guidance.

How long do your products last?

Because our blends are free of synthetic stabilizers, we recommend using our products within 12 months of purchase for the best experience. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve potency and freshness.

Botanical Mist Sprayers

My mist sprayer seems clogged - what can I do?

Don't worry, this is easy to fix! Here are a few things to try:

• Rinse with warm water: Remove the sprayer top and run warm water through the nozzle for 30–60 seconds to dissolve any buildup.
• Soak the nozzle: Unscrew the sprayer head and soak just the nozzle in warm water for 10–15 minutes, then rinse and reattach.
• Try a few firm pumps: Sometimes air gets trapped. Pump the sprayer 5–10 times in a row to get the flow going again.
• Clear with a pin: If the nozzle opening appears blocked, gently insert a clean pin or toothpick to clear any residue. Be careful not to enlarge the hole.
• Store upright: Always store your mist bottle upright to prevent the pump mechanism from drying out or clogging between uses.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the personal and sanitary nature of our products, including essential oils and botanical mists, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll do our best to make it right.
