Due to the individual customization of our crystal-based product, items are not exchangeable or returnable. All sales are final.
WHAT IF I MADE A PURCHASE AND NEED TO CANCEL?
If an item has not yet shipped, we are happy to issue a refund within 24 hours of purchase - reach out to shazam@sistarcodealchemy.com. However, please note that our credit card processors or PayPal may deduct a nominal fee for reversing the payment. All shipped items are final sale.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
